1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. By creating an account, you confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not on any self-exclusion list. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all funds returned after identity verification.
2. Account Registration
One account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all bonus balances. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is ₹200. Minimum withdrawal is ₹500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits (same-source policy). KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. Processing times: UPI/PhonePe 1–3 hours, Net Banking 4–12 hours, Crypto 30–60 minutes. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or those flagged by our automated risk system.
4. Bonus Terms
Welcome bonus: 100% first deposit match up to ₹20,000. Wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount. Time limit: bonus must be activated within 7 days of registration; wagering must be completed within 30 days of activation. Game contributions: Slots and Aviator/Andar Bahar = 100%; Live dealer = 10–50%; Table games (blackjack, baccarat) = 10%. Maximum bet while bonus is active: ₹500 per spin/round. Bonus abuse (pattern betting, low-risk hedging) will result in bonus cancellation.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment methods, exploitation of software errors, collusion, and use of prohibited software (bots, automated betting tools). We use automated systems to detect prohibited activity. Accounts engaged in prohibited activity will be closed and relevant authorities notified.
6. Responsible Gaming
We are committed to responsible gambling. Tools available to all players: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, self-exclusion (1 month to permanent). These tools are accessible from your account settings. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the selected period — it cannot be lifted by customer support request before expiry.
7. Limitation of Liability
SpinWinner Casino is not liable for technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processor outages. In the event of a technical failure during a game, we will restore the game to its pre-error state where possible. Our maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the amount you had in your account at the time of the incident.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Curaçao courts. Our gaming licence is issued by Antillephone N.V. under licence reference 365/JAZ.
